• Project Management

  The most important process that affects the foundation's success and sustainable performance is the correct selection of the projects that are planned, produced and implemented by Vakıf k12 in accordance with the foundation's purpose of existence, efficient use of resources, targeted impact, contribution to transformation.

  • 1.Preparation of the Project Planning and Management Document

  In the first stage of project selection, a Project Planning and Management Document is prepared. Before the evaluation is made for the selection of a Foundation k12 project, the answers to all the following processes are prepared according to certain criteria.

  • 2.Final Evaluation: Conducted by the Foundation Management.

  Project management is carried out together with the project planning and management document. After the project proposal is accepted, interim evaluation topics and dates are decided. These dates are determined according to the work and delivery schedule. At the end of each stage, the foundation management shares the results of the situation assessment. At the end of the project, a report on the whole process and results is prepared. In this report, the results of the project planning stages; process reports and results, project status report are presented.

• Vakıf k12 works with partners who are experts in their fields in the production of the content of the projects. The Foundation management plans and monitors the entire content production of the projects and monitors the completion of the work according to the definitions in the project planning and management document.

• Evaluation

  Foundation management evaluates projects under the following 3 main categories.

  A.Project Planning - Production - Implementation

  • 1. Relevance: Assessment of the project's relevance to the foundation's mission and Project Planning Form

  • 2. Content: Assessment of the relevance of the project's content to the targeted level and scope

  • 3. Budget: Budget management and evaluation of the realization of the targeted budget

  • 4. Productivity: Assessment of time, duration and resource utilization

  • 5. Completion and Finalization: Assessment of the completion of the project according to all set objectives

  • 6. Sustainability: Assessment of the work and preparations required for the project to be sustainable

  B.Project Success and Performance

  • 1. Success and Performance Evaluation:

  Evaluation of the success of the project according to the criteria determined in stages 4-5-6-7 of project planning

  C.Project Evaluation Report

  It includes studies in which the success and effectiveness of projects are evaluated according to the results of the evaluation criteria established according to the objectives set in the project acceptance process.

• Sharing

  As stated in the founding purpose of Vakıf k12, we share all the content and products we develop with an Open Source approach. Open Access Policy The works subject to Vakıf k12 Open Access Policy include the following elements.

  1. Fully Open Access; products that will be in the condition are products that will be published in accordance with open access, including products accepted for publication or products produced. This will allow all users to copy, redistribute, transform and build upon the material in any medium or format for any purpose without further permission or fees. Products that are fully open access will be licensed with CC licensing.

  2. Copyrights of the Works Supported by Vakıf k12; Vakıf k12 retains the copyright of all products produced/produced by it and to be published on its digital platforms or distributed in printed form and may share them through different licensing methods. Persons and organizations wishing to use Vakıf k12's products for commercial purposes must obtain the written permission of the foundation.
